Adults
Easterseals NH proudly serves the diverse needs of thousands of Granite Staters each year, ranging in age from younger adults to seniors. Whether they are looking for the next step after graduation; seeking employment; making friends and having fun in a social setting, or looking for an affordable housing solution to age in place with dignity, we offer a variety of robust, supportive, and exciting programs to help adults of all ages and abilities reach for and realize their full potential.
Housing
Easterseals NH is committed to providing stable, affordable, and accessible housing solutions for some of the state’s most vulnerable populations. Two of our centers of excellence addressing these critical housing needs include Champlin Place in Rochester for seniors and our new Military & Veterans Campus in Franklin for service members, veterans, and their families.
Camping / Camp Sno-Mo
Sno-Mo campers are amazing youth ages 11 to 21 who have disabilities. Some use a wheelchair, some have autism or need help joining a group, and others need special nutritional or medical help. Our camp provides accommodations so young people can focus on fun, friendship, and feeling great about what they can do. We also offer a week for individuals over 21-years old.
Community-Based Services
We provide supports and services for adults with Intellectual Disabilities or Acquired Brain Injuries.
Workforce Development
Easterseals NH has provided Workforce development services since 1974. We offer a variety of services that help individuals achieve meaningful career outcomes while meeting the needs of the business community.
Farnum
We offer several levels of treatment, including detox (detoxification), residential, and outpatient clinical services so you can receive the treatment that’s appropriate for your addiction recovery needs.
Veterans Count
Assistance for New Hampshire service members, veterans and their families. When there is no other resource, there is Easterseals NH Veterans Count.
