Sno-Mo campers are amazing youth ages 11 to 21 who have disabilities. Some use a wheelchair, some have autism or need help joining a group, and others need special nutritional or medical help. Military & Veterans Campus

Easterseals NH entered a partnership with PROCON to design and develop a 15-acre campus and facilities in Franklin into a center of excellence and first-of-its-kind in New Hampshire. The campus will provide enhanced support for military community members and their families through access to a variety of services and recreation activities in one location.

Fostering independence through transportation solutions for older adults who must attend medical appointments, pick up prescriptions, buy food, and access school and adult day programs, among their routine needs.
