Supporting Health, Safety, and Independence for Older Adults

As we age, we want to continue doing what we enjoy. We also want to be able to do what we need to do to stay healthy and independent, such as get to and from appointments, run errands, and do chores. Easterseals NH offers senior services to help you and your friend, spouse, or family member do that with dignity and respect. Caregivers can rely on us to share the care while they work or tend to other family members.

For over 30 years, Easterseals NH has had the privilege of caring for thousands of New Hampshire’s older adults. We positively impact the social determinants of health facing many older adults, such as emotional health, healthcare access, and community engagement. Below are descriptions of all our programs and services.

Adult Day Services in the Community

Each of our two locations in New Hampshire offers a compassionate and stimulating homelike setting where individuals gather for social engagement, physical exercise, planned activities, and health services during the day. The average age of participants is 76. Programming is based on participant interests and modified to include all abilities. Memory care is included at our safe and secure Manchester location. We can work with you to meet transportation needs.
