Direct Support Associate – Day Program
Participate alongside individuals as they partake in enriching, integrative activities throughout their communities, and support them as they achieve greater independence.
Compensation
$19 hourly
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance for transportation requirements
Direct Support Associate – Residential
Work directly within individuals’ homes, providing essential support for their daily routines, and bring your compassionate energy as you accompany our members to the store, help transport them to work, or assist them in community activities.
Compensation
$19 – $22.62 hourly
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 18 years of age or older
- Prior Direct Support experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance for transportation requirements
Residential Support Counselor
Facilitate engaging programs and provide support to individuals during employment, community integration and socialization, recreational activities, and daily living skills within their local community.
Compensation
$24 hourly

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance for transportation requirements
- This particular position requires at least one year of direct care experience.
