Bruce joined Easterseals in April 2023 after holding human resources leadership positions in the Corporate sector for 23 years, followed by 7 years in higher education. He has extensive experience in directing staff to maximize the strategic use of human resources in multi-site, multi-state organizations of 1,000 to 10,000 employees.
His areas of expertise include employee relations, recruitment, compensation programs, performance management, and HR compliance. He received his Master of Business Administration from the Drucker School of Management. Earlier in his career, he served on the Board of Directors at the Lowell Boys and Girls Club of Greater Lowell.
Bruce lives in Bedford, New Hampshire, with his beloved dog Gus. He is proud of his daughter, Eleanor, an early childhood educator in the Boston Public Schools, and his son, Sam, who works in Frankfurt, Germany, as a Talent Acquisition Leader for a major medical device corporation.
