Jeffrey Zwillenberg is the Chief Administrative Officer of Easterseals NH & VT. He oversees Human Resources, Information Technology, and Finance and collaborates with the executive and senior leadership team to develop and implement operational plans related to internal systems, processes, and staffing to enhance quality, performance, and efficiencies. Most recently, he was the chief development & marketing officer at Families in Transition where he led his team to two consecutive years of growth and impact. Previously, Jeffrey served as a senior executive director for Reading Partners, a children’s literacy program that connects community volunteers with neighborhood schools. At that organization, he led the Baltimore, MD region, improving financial performance and achieving goals for student outcomes. In addition, he oversaw the San Francisco, Colorado, and Twin Cities, MN regions. Earlier in his career, Jeffrey held a variety of roles focused on development, operations, strategic planning, and program implementation at New Leaders, a national nonprofit focused on the identification and development of leaders in our nation’s public schools.
Jeffrey holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Southern Illinois University, a master’s degree from St. Johns College and the University of Maryland, College Park, and an MBA from the Sellinger School at Loyola University in Maryland. He is currently a Community Advisory Board member at New Hampshire Public Radio (NHPR).
