FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Manchester, NH, January 1, 2024– Easterseals NH & VT has promoted Marie Poole to Senior Vice President of Property Management, effective January 1. Poole oversees all aspects of property and facilities management for the agency throughout New Hampshire and Vermont, including a new affordable apartment community in Rochester for adults 62 and older, a new residential education school under development in Manchester for Easterseals NH Gammon Academy, and a 15-acre military and veteran campus now under construction in Franklin.
“Marie contributes years of experience in leading affordable housing initiatives, and she understands the complexities of property management compliance and facilities maintenance,” said Maureen Beauregard, President and CEO of Easterseals NH & VT. “We are extremely fortunate that she was already an integral part of our team and was a natural choice for this new role.
