Manchester, NH — Easterseals NH & VT announced today that Mary Hamilton, CPA, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Hamilton previously served as the organization’s Interim CFO and has now been promoted to a permanent role, reflecting the organization’s confidence in her leadership and impact.

Hamilton brings more than 30 years of financial leadership experience in the healthcare sector, with deep expertise in finance transformation, operational excellence, and change management across both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Her career spans senior leadership roles in financial accounting, FP&A, treasury, revenue cycle management, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale system implementations.

Prior to joining Easterseals NH & VT, Hamilton served as plan Chief Financial Officer for several Managed Care Organizations including Commonwealth Care Alliance, Cardinal Innovations Healthcare and Magellan Health.
Hamilton also served as a Strategy & Transformation Finance Consultant with MH Strategy, LLC, where she supported CFOs and executive teams nationwide on growth strategies, pro forma development, and major technology and finance system transformations.
She holds an Executive MBA from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University. Hamilton is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the South Carolina State Board of CPAs.
As Chief Financial Officer, Hamilton will oversee all financial operations for Easterseals NH & VT, supporting the organization’s mission to provide essential services and supports for children, families, adults, seniors, and Veterans across two states.
