Easterseals NH & VT Appoints New Executive Committee and Welcomes Three New Board Members

Manchester, NH, December 30, 2024– Easterseals NH & VT Board of Directors has appointed a new executive committee, including Chairman Bryan Bouchard, Past Chairman Andrew MacWilliam, Treasurer Timothy Wade, Vice Chairman Gregory Baxter, MD, and General Counsel and Secretary Bradford Cook, Esq., and voted on three new board members. Members of the executive committee provide overall leadership to the nonprofit’s board of directors.

Bryan Bouchard continues his term as Chair of the Board of Directors. He has been an Easterseals NH & VT board member since 2015, serving last year as chair and previously as treasurer. Bouchard has been a full-time faculty member in the Accountancy and Taxation Department at Southern New Hampshire University School of Business since 2003. He holds a BS in Economics and Finance, an MBA, and an MS in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University. He is also a Certified Management Accountant and owns a portfolio of residential and commercial properties located throughout New Hampshire.

Timothy Wade has been named Treasurer. Wade is the New Hampshire Regional President (and Executive Vice President) for M&T Bank and possesses more than 30 years of commercial banking experience.

Gregory Baxter, MD has been appointed as Vice Chairman. Dr. Baxter is the President at Elliot Health System and Chief Clinical Officer at SolutionHealth. He has been at Elliot Health System since 2003.

Bradford Cook, Esq. continues as the new Secretary of the board.  Cook is head of the Sheehan Phinney’s Estate Planning and Probate, Government Relations and Not-for-Profit, and Charitable and Religious Institutions Practice Groups. He is a past president of the firm and has practiced with Sheehan Phinney since 1973.

New members of the Board of Directors include Robert Bartley, owner/manager of wealth management firm Bartley Financial Advisors; Tom Davis, Director, Electric Transmission Field Operations, Eversource Energy; and Madison Lightfoot-Kunitake, Esq., an associate in corporate law and a member of the Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice Group with McLane Middleton legal advisors.

Bartley is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner with over 30 years of business experience and over 20 years of experience as owner of his own financial planning firm. He is also a member of the Financial Planning Association, National Association of Personal Financial Advisors and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Bartley is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Merrimack College.

Davis is Director, Electric Transmission Field Operations, Eversource Energy with over 23 years of managerial and project management experience in diverse environments. He is a graduate of the United States Navy Officer Training Schools, holds a Bachelor of Science, Management and Technology, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, and a certificate in Operations Management Leadership from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. During his six and a half years in the US Navy, Davis served aboard the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln as well as in Iraq and Afghanistan. In his current role, Davis oversees the Maintenance and Construction of more than 1,000 miles of high voltage electric transmission lines in New Hampshire.

Lightfoot-Kunitake, Esq. is an Associate in the Corporate Department and is a member of the Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice Group with McLane Middleton. Previously, she worked as U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen’s Director of Community Engagement and was the Political Director for Shaheen for Senate. In addition, Lightfoot-Kunitake worked as the Community Development Specialist for the New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence and was the Varsity Volleyball Coach at Portsmouth High School. She holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Women’s Studies from University of New Hampshire.
