FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Kristen McGuigan and Ana McKenna elevated to Chief Officer roles amid organizational growth

Manchester, NH, May 27, 2026 – Easterseals NH & VT announced the expansion of its executive leadership team with the appointments of Kristen McGuigan as Chief Programs Officer and Ana McKenna as Chief Military & Veterans Services Officer.

McGuigan will oversee program strategy and service delivery across New Hampshire and Vermont, spanning a broad portfolio that includes disability services, behavioral health, workforce development, early childhood education, and senior services. She will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of all agency programs in this newly created role.

During her three years with the organization, McGuigan has played a key role in strengthening its child development centers and elevating their standards of care as the Senior Vice President of Early Childhood Services. Prior to joining Easterseals NH & VT, she spent nearly 20 years in leadership and direct service roles across a range of social service settings. Her experience includes family services, behavioral health, trauma-informed care, housing, and developmental services.

McKenna’s new role involves strategic oversight of all military and Veterans programs across Easterseals NH & VT. Since December 2025, she has served as Interim Program Director of the Easterseals NH Military & Veterans Campus in Franklin, NH, where she has demonstrated strong leadership in advancing and expanding services and strengthening program operations.

A retired Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army, McKenna brings nearly three decades of experience spanning military operations, federal programs, and human services, with a deep commitment to supporting military members, Veterans, and their families.

“Kristen and Ana are outstanding additions to our executive leadership team,” said Maureen Beauregard, President & CEO of Easterseals NH & VT. “Both bring deep experience and a strong understanding of the work we do every day. Their leadership will help us continue strengthening our impact for the individuals and families we serve across New Hampshire and Vermont.”
