Manchester, NH, July 25, 2024–Easterseals NH & VT has named two senior vice presidents: Amanda MacLellan has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Culture and Policy, and Dino Quintero has been hired as Senior Vice President of Information Technology.
Amanda MacLellan, Senior Vice President of Culture and Policy
Amanda MacLellan was recently promoted to Senior Vice President of Culture and Policy. In this new role, she will oversee organizational policy, culture, and training workstreams to ensure alignment across initiatives, achieve the goals of the organization’s strategic plan, and maintain an equitable and inclusive workplace.
Serving previously as the Director of Organizational Culture and Policy at Easterseals NH & VT, MacLellan has dedicated her career to advancing equity and impact for employees and clients. Her background includes leadership positions at Arlington Elementary School in Lawrence, MA, and at Mundo Verde Bilingual Public Charter School in Washington, DC.
MacLellan is a graduate of Harvard Graduate School of Education, Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she earned an Ed.M. in Education Policy and Management, and of Barnard College, New York, New York, where she earned a B.A. in English. She holds a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University.
Dino Quintero, Senior Vice President of Information Technology
Dino Quintero has been hired as Senior Vice President of Information Technology, responsible for leading the information technology functions of the organization and guiding Information Technology strategy to support and strengthen Easterseals NH & VT.
Quintero’s professional experience reflects more than 25 years with IBM, most recently as Principal Technical Specialist, with IBM in Merrimack, NH. In that capacity, he drove Hybrid Cloud and AI digital strategy, contributing to the vision, definition, and direction of IBM’s Hybrid Cloud digital platform.
Quintero holds both an MS and a BS in Computer Science from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY.
