Andy has been an Easterseals board member for the past 10 years. After serving as Chair, Past-Chair, and Treasurer, he moves back to Chair of the Board. Andy also chairs the Board’s Audit and Executive Committees.
Andy is presently a Senior Partner with the global professional services firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He has over 37 years of experience providing accounting and business advisory services to companies across multiple industries including non-profits, industrial and consumer products manufacturing, and retail and consumer.
Andy has consulted with many organizations in the areas of business strategy, IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and finance organization design and improvement. He has spent a significant portion of his career serving a broad range of companies, both public and private, and many domestic divisions and subsidiaries of large international clients.
Andy received his B.S. in Accounting from Babson College. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and a member of the American Institute of CPAs. He lives in Windham, NH and has one son, Alex, who resides in Nashville with his wife Chelsea and their daughter Guinevere. Andy’s outside interests include golfing, travel, working out and reading.
