Chris Wellington joined Easterseals NH & VT as Senior Vice President of Housing and Property Development in March 2024. Most recently, Chris served as the Deputy Director of New Hampshire Humanities. Chris has more than fifteen years of experience working in the nonprofit and public sector, including ten years in economic development, eight years in financing and five years in housing development.
Chris received a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of New Hampshire. He was recognized as the MYPN Manchester Young Professional of the Year, Stay Work Play’s Young Professional of the Year, and a member of the 2014 NH Union Leader 40 Under Forty class. Chris is also a graduate of the Hoffman-Hass Fellowship, Leadership Greater Manchester, and Leadership New Hampshire program. He currently serves as a member of the City of Manchester’s Planning Board.
When Chris isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and dog. He admits to being a “total nerd” and enjoys all things Harry Potter and Marvel, and considers himself an amateur Michelin-star chef.
