Kristen McGuigan, LICSW is the Chief Program Officer with more than 15 years of leadership experience across clinical and community-based services supporting individuals and families throughout the lifespan. A New Hampshire Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Kristen serves as an executive leader responsible for the strategic oversight, development, implementation, and evaluation of programmatic services across the organization.
Prior to joining Easterseals, Kristen spent more than 19 years working across the social services continuum, supporting individuals and families throughout the lifespan in a variety of clinical and community-based settings. Her experience includes both leadership and direct service work in child and family services, behavioral health, trauma-informed care, housing and community support services and developmental services, with a strong focus on leading programs and teams that deliver person-centered and family-centered care.
Kristen holds a Master of Social Work from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Rivier University. Her graduate education and extensive clinical leadership experience continue to shape her collaborative approach and commitment to strengthening outcomes for children, adults and communities.
