Easterseals NH is committed to providing stable, affordable, and accessible housing solutions for some of the state’s most vulnerable populations. Two of our centers of excellence addressing these critical housing needs include Champlin Place in Rochester for seniors and our new Military & Veterans Campus in Franklin for service members, veterans, and their families.

Sno-Mo campers are amazing youth ages 11 to 21 who have disabilities. Some use a wheelchair, some have autism or need help joining a group, and others need special nutritional or medical help. A prevention and stabilization program that serves at-risk youth ages 12 to 23 in Rutland County. Our program supports youth and families in developing well-being, education and employment, permanent connections, and stable living environments as youth transition to adulthood.
