Housing

Stable, affordable, and accessible housing solutions for some of the state’s most vulnerable populations. These include transitional and supportive housing in Manchester for homeless individuals and families; residential homes that provide staffing 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for some of the adults in our Community-Based Services program; and Champlin Place in Rochester, an independent living community for seniors. Camping / Camp Sno-Mo

Sno-Mo campers are amazing youth ages 11 to 21 who have disabilities. Some use a wheelchair, some have autism or need help joining a group, and others need special nutritional or medical help. Our camp provides accommodations so young people can focus on fun, friendship, and feeling great about what they can do. We also offer a week for individuals over 21-years old.
