Adults
Easterseals NH proudly serves the diverse needs of thousands of Granite Staters each year, ranging in age from younger adults to seniors. Whether they are looking for the next step after graduation; seeking employment; making friends and having fun in a social setting, or looking for an affordable housing solution to age in place with dignity, we offer a variety of robust, supportive, and exciting programs to help adults of all ages and abilities reach for and realize their full potential.

Housing
Stable, affordable, and accessible housing solutions for some of the state’s most vulnerable populations. These include transitional and supportive housing in Manchester for homeless individuals and families; residential homes that provide staffing 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for some of the adults in our Community-Based Services program; and Champlin Place in Rochester, an independent living community for seniors. Sno-Mo campers are amazing youth ages 11 to 21 who have a broad spectrum of disabilities. Some use a wheelchair or require mobility assistance. Others may need support with social skills, personal care, or have specific learning or medical needs. Our camp provides accommodations so young people can focus on fun, friendship, and feeling great about what they can do. We also offer two sessions for individuals ages 22 and older.
