Housing
Stable, affordable, and accessible housing solutions for some of the state’s most vulnerable populations. These include transitional and supportive housing in Manchester for homeless individuals and families; residential homes that provide staffing 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for some of the adults in our Community-Based Services program; and Champlin Place in Rochester, an independent living community for seniors. Rely on Easterseals NH’s Senior Services to share the care of your friend, spouse, or family member with dignity and respect.

Transportation
Fostering independence through transportation solutions for older adults who must attend medical appointments, pick up prescriptions, buy food, and access school and adult day programs, among their routine needs.

Mary Gale Flex Fund
The Mary Gale Fund gives temporary financial support to low income women, age 65 or older, living in the Greater Manchester area. We have helped pay for short-term services/items generally not covered by any other source such as medication, food, in-home assistance, clothing, and minor appliances.

Immersive Technology Brings Joy and Connection to Adult Day
Easterseals NH Adult Day Manchester has embraced cutting-edge technology, thanks to a generous grant from the Pearl Manor Fund of Elliot Hospital. The program now features Rendever virtual reality (VR) headsets, designed to help older adults reconnect with cherished memories and explore places they never thought they'd see again.

Together, we are building a strong and unified community of care that creates opportunities and offers equitable access to services for thousands of individuals and families.
