Seniors
As we age we want to continue doing what we enjoy. Easterseals NH offers services to support health, safety, and independence for seniors.
Housing
Easterseals NH is committed to providing stable, affordable, and accessible housing solutions for some of the state’s most vulnerable populations. Two of our centers of excellence addressing these critical housing needs include Champlin Place in Rochester for seniors and our new Military & Veterans Campus in Franklin for service members, veterans, and their families.
Senior Services
Rely on Easterseals NH’s Senior Services to share the care of your friend, spouse, or family member with dignity and respect.
Housing at Champlin Place
Designed to meet the needs of residents 62 or older who want to live independently in an affordable, well-equipped, modern apartment with easy access to Easterseals NH’s supportive services. Located in Rochester, NH.
Military & Veterans Campus
Easterseals NH entered a partnership with PROCON to design and develop a 15-acre campus and facilities in Franklin into a center of excellence and first-of-its-kind in New Hampshire.
