We’re seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our Residential & Educational Services team in Manchester, NH.
Our Residential Services provide intensive level care in a highly structured residential setting to support youth, between the ages of 5-21. Our Educational programs work to ensure that the student has consistent access to education in the least restrictive environment possible as they progress in their development.
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus
Paraprofessionals
Assist our youth with daily living activities, improving relationship skills, developing coping mechanisms or teaching a subject, and become a needed, trusted role model.
Compensation
$20-$25 hourly, based upon qualifications, related experience and education
Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older and have a High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Candidates must also have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
Residential Instructors (2nd or 3rd shift)
Provide direct supervision to our youth, develop and coordinate activities, provide social and living skill development and training and participate in the implementation of treatment plans.
Compensation
$23-$28 hourly, based upon qualifications, related experience and education
Qualifications
- You must be 21 years of age or older, have a minimum of a High School Diploma and meet one of the following qualifications:
- An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 credits in Human Services
- Two years of experience working with children
- A combination of Human Service college credits and experience working with children totaling 2 years
- Be a Parent of a child 7 years of age or older
- Candidates must also have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
