20th Annual Eversource Walk & 5K Run for Easterseals NH Raises $230,000 for Children, Adults, and Seniors with Disabilities or Special Needs

Manchester— The 20th  Annual Eversource Walk & 5K Run for Easterseals NH at Veterans Park in Manchester was an inspirational and enthusiastic evening that attracted a crowd of 2,500 participants, vendors, and volunteers who helped to raise $230,000 for children, adults, and seniors who receive services from Easterseals NH.

Participants and volunteers enjoyed the carnival-infused atmosphere complete with a scenic route, sponsor booths with games and activities, music, interactive booths in the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Wellness Alley including kid’s attractions and food vendors.

“We are grateful to all of our employees and neighbors who joined us to support Easterseals NH’s tremendous commitment to providing thousands of our neighbors with the services they need to thrive,” said Eversource NH President Bill Quinlan. “We believe that healthy communities are powered by the people who work tirelessly every day to make life better for those in need. We look forward to our continued partnership with Easterseals NH to support its dedicated work empowering the neighborhoods where we work and live.”

The money raised supports Easterseals NH’s 12 core programs that that serve nearly 28,000 people of all ages with disabilities and special needs throughout the state.
