Easterseals New Hampshire’s Shared Living Residential Services connect individuals who have intellectual disabilities and acquired brain injuries with caring providers who welcome them into their homes and lives.

Each June, our Eversource Walk & 5K Run brings together more than a thousand participants from across New Hampshire in a powerful show of community. Among them, the Adult Services Avengers have become a driving force—both in spirit and in participation.

In a quiet New Hampshire town, a household thrives on community, support, and mutual respect. At the heart of it all is Melissa, a dedicated shared living provider who has spent the past five years opening her home to adults with disabilities.

Alice and Tina share a unique bond. Though they live under the same roof, they are not bound by blood. Instead, they have become lifelong friends, united by a deep, mutual level of respect through Easterseals New Hampshire’s Shared Living Residential Services.

We encourage and advocate for independence for individuals in our programs. One of the ways we do this is by connecting our program participants with experiences in the community. Read below how Mike, Ryan, and Justin are living life to the fullest.
