Outgoing chair Matthew Boucher passes the gavel
Manchester, NH, February 2, 2022 – Easterseals New Hampshire, the twelfth largest employer in the state and one of its largest social services providers, recently elected Andrew MacWilliam as new Board Chair. He takes over for Matthew Boucher, who recently concluded his three-year term. As Past-Chair, Boucher will now lead the Nominating and Executive Compensation Committees.

MacWilliam, a Senior Partner at Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP, has been an Easterseals New Hampshire board member for the past 10 years. During that time he served as Chair (2016-2018), Past-Chair, and Treasurer, before resuming his role as Chair. MacWilliam also chairs the Board’s Audit and Executive Committees.

MacWilliam has over 37 years of experience providing accounting and business advisory services to companies across multiple industries and consults frequently with many organizations in the areas of business strategy, IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and finance organization design and improvement.
Andy received his B.S. in Accounting from Babson College. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and a member of the American Institute of CPAs. He lives in Windham, NH.
