Manchester, NH — January 5, 2026 — Easterseals NH & VT announced today that Paul Lavertu has been appointed Chief Information Officer (CIO), leading all information technology functions for the organization and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership team. In this role, Lavertu will guide Easterseals NH & VT’s IT strategy, technology roadmap, and digital transformation efforts to support essential services provided across both states.
Lavertu brings more than 21 years of experience in digital transformation, system implementation, business process optimization, and strategic technology planning. He joins Easterseals NH & VT after a distinguished career at Fidelity Investments, where he served in multiple senior leadership roles. Most recently, Lavertu served as Vice President of Participant Services, partnering with business, finance, HR, compliance, and IT teams to advance customer service initiatives and enhance enterprise operations.
His previous roles at Fidelity included Vice President of the Next Generation Contact Center PMO and Head of HRO Outsourcing Implementation. Across these positions, Lavertu led complex projects, implemented enterprise-level technology solutions, and drove long-term strategic improvements to support large-scale organizational needs.
