Easterseals NH & VT Promotes Bruce Bacon to Chief Human Resources Officer

Easterseals NH & VT elevates Bruce Bacon to Chief Human Resources Officer

Manchester, NH, November 12, 2025 — Easterseals NH & VT is pleased to announce the promotion of Bruce Bacon to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Bacon has served as Interim CHRO since March 2025 and joined the organization as Senior Vice President of Human Resources in April 2023.

During his tenure, Bacon has led transformative improvements in human resources operations, bringing a data-driven approach to performance and workforce development. Under his leadership, Easterseals NH & VT implemented key performance indicators to strengthen human resource (HR) management, enhanced talent acquisition and retention strategies resulting in a 12% increase in net headcount, and reorganized the HR Business Partner Team to better support leadership and direct care staff across both states.

Bacon brings more than 30 years of human resources leadership experience to the role. Before joining Easterseals, he held HR executive positions in the corporate sector for over two decades, followed by seven years in higher education. He has directed teams serving organizations ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 employees across multiple states. His areas of expertise include employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, safety, performance management, and HR compliance.

Bacon holds a Master of Business Administration from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in history from Occidental College. Earlier in his career, he served on the Board of Directors for the Lowell Boys and Girls Club of Greater Lowell.
