Manchester, NH, September 7, 2022 – Easterseals New Hampshire, one of the state’s largest social services providers, is pleased to announce that Pamela Hawkes has joined the executive leadership team as chief development officer.
“Pamela Hawkes has been an integral member of New Hampshire’s nonprofit community for over 15 years,” said Maureen Beauregard, Easterseals New Hampshire President and CEO. “She is known for her resource development expertise and her collaborative approach to working with donors and boards to accomplish amazing things for people in our communities. I look forward to the contributions she will make here and the positive impact they will have for all who depend on Easterseals New Hampshire’s services and programs.”
As Chief Development Officer, Hawkes will oversee all fundraising efforts and activities at Easterseals NH, VT & Farnum, including events, appeals, campaigns, donor relations, corporate giving, volunteer coordination, and planned giving. She will work closely with executive management and leaders across the organization to set development goals, drive philanthropic growth, and broaden Easterseals’ donor base.
“Easterseals’ donors play a vital role in making access to our programs and services more widely available to those who need them most,” said Hawkes. “I look forward to connecting with them and creating more opportunities to support our life-changing work.”
Before joining Easterseals, Hawkes served as director of donor relations for the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund. Prior to that, she spent over thirteen years with Families in Transition, a New Hampshire homelessness and housing provider. There she held several senior development roles, most recently as vice president of resource development.
Hawkes holds a graduate certificate in nonprofit leadership, a master’s degree in marketing, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management, all from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a board member of Girls Inc. of New Hampshire and resides in Sandown.
