Observe September 11 with Veterans Count at the Nashua 5K Fun Run & Walk to Support Veterans

Easterseals New Hampshire and BAE Systems bring fourth race in Veterans Count series to Nashua on September 11

Nashua, NH – The Veterans Count Nashua 5K Fun Run & Walk sets off from Stellos Stadium at 9:00 am on Sunday, September 11, 2022. The race is open to all, with free registration for veterans, service members, and kids aged 12 and under. This philanthropic event will benefit Easterseals NH’s Veterans Count programs to assist veterans, service members, and their families.

“With the Veterans Count 5K coming to Nashua, September 11 will be a day of remembrance, and also a day of active support,” said Kathy Flynn, Veterans Count Senior Director of Development. “This fun race brings the community together and benefits programs that give our veterans assistance when no other resource is available.”

Race sponsors include the Wireless Zone Foundation, The Salter family, Humana, Chick-fil-a, Whole Foods, and Port Electronics.

The Veterans Count Nashua 5K Fun Run & Walk is part of the Easterseals & Veterans Count Race Series presented by BAE Systems. The series offers participants 18 and over who participate in three of five in-person races a chance to earn an official race series pullover.

The online registration deadline is Friday, September 9, 2022, at 12:00 pm. Participants can register for the race, donate to support Veterans Count programs, or purchase Veterans Count merchandise at http://www.vetscount.org/nh.
