Amanda MacLellan is the Senior Vice President of Culture and Policy. Amanda oversees organizational policy, culture, and training to ensure alignment across initiatives, achieve the goals of the organization’s strategic plan, and maintain an equitable and inclusive workplace.
Serving previously as the Director of Organizational Culture and Policy at Easterseals NH & VT, MacLellan has dedicated her career to advancing equity and impact for employees and clients. Her background includes leadership positions at Arlington Elementary School in Lawrence, MA, and at Mundo Verde Bilingual Public Charter School in Washington, DC.
MacLellan holds an Ed.M. in Education Policy and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education, Cambridge, Massachusetts, a B.A. in English from Barnard College, New York, New York, and a Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
