He has extensive experience in directing staff to maximize the strategic use of human resources in multi-site, multi-state organizations of 1,000 to 10,000 employees.

His areas of expertise include employee relations, recruitment, compensation & benefits, safety, performance management, and HR compliance. Bruce received his Master of Business Administration from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Occidental College. Earlier in his career, he served on the Board of Directors at the Lowell Boys and Girls Club of Greater Lowell.

Bruce lives in Bedford, New Hampshire, with his beloved dog Gus. He is proud of his daughter, Eleanor, an early childhood educator in the Boston Public Schools, and his son, Sam, who works in Frankfurt, Germany, as a talent acquisition leader for a major medical device corporation.
