Charles purchased Goodwin Funeral Home & Cremation Services in 1986 from his grandfather. As owner and president, Charles provided attentive service to families in Manchester and the surrounding communities for nearly two decades.
He is a trustee of the Cogswell Benevolent Trust and the Frederick Smyth Institute of Music.
Charles is a board member of the Mary and John Elliot Charitable Foundation and the Pearl Manor Fund.
The University of Minnesota graduate is married to his wife, Jaye, and has three children and two grandchildren.
