Mike Leary serves as Senior Vice President of Development at Easterseals NH & VT, where he leads the organization’s fundraising strategy and Development team. Since joining Easterseals NH & VT in September 2024, Mike has worked closely with the executive team, board members, staff, and volunteers to strengthen relationships with donors and community partners and to secure significant philanthropic support for the organization’s mission.
Prior to his work in development, Mike built a distinguished career in education, working extensively with middle and high school students as both a teacher and tennis coach. He spent nearly a decade at The Derryfield School in Manchester, NH, serving as Chair of the World Languages Department and teaching Latin and Humanities. He previously taught Latin and served as an academic advisor at Norfolk Academy in Norfolk, VA.
Mike holds a BA in Classical Studies from Gettysburg College and an MA in Classical Studies from the University of Maryland.
