Paul Lavertu serves as Chief Information Officer for Easterseals NH & VT, overseeing all information technology functions and guiding the organization’s IT strategy as a member of the Senior Management Team. With over 21 years of experience in digital transformation, system implementation, business process optimization, and technology planning, Paul brings a proven track record of leadership and innovation.
Prior to joining Easterseals, Paul spent 21 years at Fidelity Investments, most recently as Vice President of Participant Services. In this role, Paul partnered with business, finance, HR, compliance, and IT teams to advance strategic customer service initiatives. Paul also held leadership positions as Vice President of the Next Generation Contact Center PMO and as Head of HRO Outsourcing Implementation, where he led complex projects and enterprise-level technology solutions.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. He resides in Mont Vernon, New Hampshire, and is active in local community committees. Paul enjoys rural living, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family.
