Bill graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1975 with a degree in political science.
He joined Delta Dental in 1976 and currently serves as both the Senior Vice President of the Delta Dental Plan of Vermont, where he oversees the Board of Trustees, and as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Northeast Delta Dental (ME/NH/VT), where he oversees Customer Service, Eligibility, Claims Edit, Support Services, Provider Services and Group Maintenance. Delta Dental currently services just under one million members.
Bill currently chairs the Easterseals NH Compliance Board Committee.
