Easterseals NH In-Home Care & Health Services are available to meet you or your loved one where you are – in your home, with as much or as little support as you desire. Maintain independence while receiving the help needed to live safely and comfortably. Areas we cover (subject to staff availability) include the Lakes Region, Seacoast, Greater Nashua, Greater Manchester, Greater Rochester, and Greater Concord.

Our staff assists with medical and non-medical services, including the following:

Nursing Services

Medication management, health, and wellness checks

Homemaker Services

Light housekeeping, errand running, laundry, meal preparation

Personal Care Services

Bathing and personal care assistance

All services subject to staff availability.
