435 S Main St Platform Lift Replacement Project
Easterseals New Hampshire, Inc. seeks to partner with a Platform/Shaftway Lift company to replace a shaft way elevator in an existing building. The stairlift is nearing the end of its life expectancy and a new stair lift is needed for accessibility and delivering food to classrooms. The goal is to replace the lift with as little disturbance to the area as possible and limit any structural or additional construction-related work for the replacement.
The location is a Childcare facility located at 435 South Main St in Manchester, NH. Interested companies should submit a bid based on the criteria outlined in the Request for Proposals. Bids should include a breakout of pricing to 1.) Purchase the equipment, 2.) Store the equipment for up to 60 days, 3.) Labor and installation costs.
Easterseals NH has received a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to fund the project. Federal regulations will apply and are included in the request for proposal.

Bids are due by Friday, April 17, 2026 at 3:00pm EST. This is a public bid process. Bids can only be accepted by mail or dropping off in-person in a sealed envelope prior to the bid due date.

Instructions for submitting a bid are included in the RFP. An onsite walk-thru is scheduled on Tuesday, April 7th at 9:00am or by appointment. Email Kristi to schedule an appointment and we will do our best to accommodate. Any bids received after 3:00pm EST cannot be opened or considered.
